Dianne Harris plowed into a vehicle that was in front of her May 19, causing a deadly chain-reaction crash that left the 39-year-old woman dead on 367. Also killed was 70-year-old Reginald Sussix.

Three other people were injured.

The head-on crash happened at about 10 p.m. on Lewis and Clark Boulevard, just south of 270.

Harris was driving north on 367 in a 2004 Honda Pilot. Her SUV was behind a northbound 2007 Nissan Maxima. Harris' SUV struck the back of the Maxima, then veered into the southbound lanes of Lewis and Clark.
