Prosecutor Drops Case Against MO Gov; Seeking Special Prosecutor

Missouri Governor Eric Greitens is greeted by a throng of reporters outside the Civil Courts Building in St. Louis City to make remarks about charges of invasion of privacy against him, which were being dropped.

Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said that Governor Greitens had taken an explicit photo of a woman with whom he was having an affair, without her consent.

However, Greitens proclaimed his innocence of taking a photo but did admit to having the affair. However, Gardner informed the judge that her people couldn't find the actual photo. And the Governor; aggressive  legal team threatened to put Gardner and others on the witness stand.

So, Gardner and that former FBI investigator, who admitted he had lied backed down, on the quick draw at high noon, in Rivercity.
